RETURNS
We hope your choice meets your expectations. However, if you decide to make a return, you may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of the date you receive your order.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
1. Report the return
Let us know of your decision to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order.
You can use our return form, or notify us of your withdrawal from the agreement in another clear and unambiguous way.
2. Prepare the parcel
You can include the completed return form in the parcel, which will help us identify your order and process the return smoothly.
Please make sure the returned products are properly protected for transport.
3. Send the return
Please send the parcel to the following address:

The cost of the return shipment is borne by the Customer. You may use a courier company of your choice.
Keep proof of shipment until the return process is complete.
DEADLINE FOR RETURNING
After informing us of your withdrawal from the agreement, you have 14 days to send back the products. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the parcel before it expires.
CONDITION OF THE RETURNED PRODUCT
You may check the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to check it.
REFUND
The refund of the amount due will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
We will make the refund promptly, no later than within 14 days of the date we receive your statement of withdrawal from the agreement.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or the Customer provides proof of having sent it back – whichever occurs first.
If you withdraw from the entire order, we will also refund the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method offered in our Store, provided it was incurred.
EXCHANGE
We do not offer a direct exchange of products for a different size or colour.
If you would like to choose a different variant, please return the purchased product and place a new order.
